ZOMBIE is freaking real!!

     Left for Dead, Resident Evil. All these games and much more movies have one common thing. ZOMBIES. But is it really true? Or just a myth? What I might be saying maybe be silly to some, but shit, ain't nothing impossible.

     To start, let us first goes back to 1968. A movie called 'Night of The Living Dead' directed by Romero. That was one the first time people seen a zombie and had impression on it. Walking like drug addict, mouth full with blood. In Haiti, they actually used voodoo to 'produce' zombies. But it actually looked  just like us, walking like us. The zombies are used as slaves. But actually zombies were already recorded in ancient Indian text, Gilgamesh.

     Not only in India, but in other parts of the world, zombies had known to be existed. In Arabs, they are called ghouls. In China, they are called Jiang Shi.

     Why zombies eat human flesh? Especially brain. Biologists said that it is simply because the need energy to carry their functions. And the most important part is, they want to wipe out the civilization. The more the better. So in order to increase the zombies population, they bite and use their saliva to infect us, turning us into one of them. damn! maybe it's good be a zombie after all! no need to work or study

     How do people back in time prevent zombies to even exists? I did some reading on this and my god! It was so surprising!! In Europe, to bring out the dead from the house, the MUST bring out the feet first. So if the dead woke up (hope not!) they will not be able to find the door and haunt the house. And guess what, this ritual are even practiced today! In China, the dead are tied with rope very tightly so the zombie-to-be will not move about. And worse, in some place (lupa HEHE), they stuffed the dead's mouth with big brick to prevent them from biting us. Think that's weird? Some communities removed brain and even heart of the dead so that they would not be the living dead!

     Are they cannibals today? The answer is YES! Most religion mengharamkan makan daging manusia. But back in time, eating the enemy's heart was the only way to respect them. And eating the flesh of your family is good since that there will a part of the dead family in the person's body. (glad that was in the past!) 

     Let's go a bit to the front, to 1879.Alberta Canada. A man called Swift Runner killed and ate his wife, 5 children and mother and said that he was possessed. Not to be on his side, but later the same incident happened to the neighborhood. Jeffrey Dahmer. I don't know you but in 1991 he became famous for. . ..  killing and eating almost 50 people for different reason, he does not want they to leave him. (u kill people for that???) And not just that, he tried to turn people in zombies by drilling their skulls and inserting acid inside. Lucky that experiment was a failure. FUHHH!!!

     If there is soon to be a zombie attack, what would it be like? How apocalyptic would the scenery be? Well the closest picture that you can think of is during The Black Death aka The Black Plague aka the Bubonic Plague where it eliminate 100 million world population!! (still we think today's world is crowded huh?) Nobody knows how it happened and how to cure it. People suffered a slow and painful death and there is nothing to do about it. The streets were fulled with the dead just like the one u saw in Resident Evil. And there was also another plague that is not that bad. 'Spanish Flu' which took 50 million innocent life in just 3 years in 1918.

     I know some might still believe in the idea of zombies, but with the scientists daring to be GOD these days, who knows what might they do next? My conclusion on this, science is good but there are some stuffs that we should leave it to the Chairman. salambye :)
